The PBC was established more than 15 years ago and it’s main aim is to create a forum within which the motorcyclist clubs in the Pretoria area can discuss biking-related issues.

The Committee also mediates, whenever necessary, in disputes between motorcyclist clubs, but this does not happen all that frequently, because the Pretoria Clubs generally get along well with each other.

In spite of the serious-sounding nature of what is described above, one of the main aims of the PBC is to provide a place where like-minded individuals can get together and have fun. All the Members get together for a monthly meeting where all matters related to the biking community in Pretoria are discussed.

The Council and Members also coordinate the activities of the various clubs in order to schedule events in a fair and equitable manner. This takes a bit of doing, specifically since we have more than 60 clubs as members of the Council.
